The Chief Cook
Fabrizio Scoppettuolo, who has always been passionate about cooking, decided to change his life and devote himself to it in 2015 after obtaining the Cantonal Diploma of Manager/Cafeterian and the Cantonal Diploma of Pizzaiolo. With a lot of passion and commitment, he managed to have his own home since 2017, a lifelong dream, later also earning a chef's degree. Chef Fabrizio's dishes always reflect his respect for quality raw materials and his love of cooking them; the long cooking times make it possible to offer succulent, melting meats and sauces are his strong point with an established imprint of his origins.
